Michelle Dacosta is a Master Stylist, and now, proud owner of Hair Apothecary in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

She has over 17 years in the cosmetology industry as a stylist with 11 of those years at the prestigious Yellow Strawberry Salon.

Michelle’s approach and her vision for opening Hair Apothecary is to offer quality results, without losing the integrity of her client’s hair. Beautiful hair is beautiful because it’s healthy. Michelle separates herself from others by taking hair coloring to its artistic roots, being creative, executing flawlessly and delivering amazing results.

The salon specializes in hair lengthening services, traditional and trend-current techniques including Highlights, Balayage, Free Hand Highlighting, Color Melting, Extensions, Cuts and Styling.

Originally from Brazil,  Cintia came to the U.S. at the age of 28.  Since the age of 4 she’s enjoyed a passion for hair and makeup.  After  having the opportunity to experience culture and style in Argentina, Spain and France,  she chose to return to the U.S,  and remain here,  to continue her work and education.   She has stayed up to date with going trends,  as well as having experience in doing hair and makeup for fashion shows, for designers like Christian Dior.
